Possessing requisite skill set to handle cases under IBC as it requires to handle the management of the corporate debtors as a going concern which includes finance, cash flow management, budgeting, creditors and debtors management, drawing of a complete acceptable corporate resolution plan with the help of the corporate debtor and financial creditors/operational creditors and all these are required to be completed in a limited time frame as stipulated under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
Yogesh has extensive experience of working with Real Estate, Textile,Chemicals and Manufacturing industries.
He has handled assignments as IRP/RP/Liquidator in 8 cases and as process advisor in 8 other insolvency cases. He has prepared many Resolution Plans.

Strips Limited all work related to CIRP. Also handled 8 CIRP cases as Process Advisor with a big
Chartered Accountant Firm/ IPE and handled all work related to CIRP till the submission of Resolution
Plan/ Liquidation recommendation to NCLTs including filing of applications with NCLTs for NonCooperation under S.19(2) of IBC, S. 43, 45, 50 and 66, appearance before NCLT and reporting of
various compliance to IBBI and IPAs etc.
Represented Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) in Working Groups 2&3 constituted by
Ministry of Corporate Affairs for drafting Regulations under IBC 2016 related to CIRP, Liquidation,

Manish has vast experience in Banking and finance.A senior partner in M/s Hem Sandeep &Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants with 13 partners having offices in Delhi, Lucknow, Bhopal, Noida, Aligarh & Mumbai. The firm was the CSA of PNB for the period 2015 to 2017 The firm is empanelled with CAG and carrying out Statutory Audit of PSUs for more than 29 years. He has extensive experience as as concurrent auditor and has carried out stock and receivables audits for many Banks.
He is acting as a financial consultant for group like PG Group, Bonlon group, Radico Khaitan Ltd. Sagar Ratna Hotels, Fujitsu, J.V Group, Shree Balaji Group etc.
He has been conferred various awards for contribution to the cause of profession from Ishaan Institute of Management, Greater Noida, received Best Branch award from Central India Regional Council of ICAI as Chairman of Noida Branch in 2009 and for his professional & social achievements.
A regular speaker on the topics of Bank Audits, and due diligence including Balance Sheet analysis and a visiting faculty for SBI and other Banks including various chapters/ branches of ICAI

During the span of last 15 years served more than 70,000 customers of various fields by serving them as Valuer of Land & Building, Plant & Machinery and Current Assets with the assistance of dedicated team of more than 65 members and mainly presence in Delhi- NCR.
Besides this we have Legal Firm also which is mainly dealing with the matters related to Banking Industries and also has SARFAESI Resolution Professional providing services to Recover the debts to almost-10 Nationalized Banks in North India.
Briefly we are mainly serving to the Banking Segment in all respects.
